How Leaders in Men’s Health are Using This Training
We all have an opportunity and an obligation to educate and advocate. I aim to use my platforms to let men know that the most masculine thing they can do is take care of themselves, you have to take care of yourself to take care of others.

As a woman working in men’s health education, I’ve learned how important it is to create safe spaces where men feel supported to talk about their mental health. Being proactive about wellness to only improves individual lives but strengthens our families and communities. Health is more than treatment, it’s prevention, awareness, and connection.
