Helping Men Live Longer

Too often, men wait too long before addressing health concerns. They may not see a doctor until serious problems have developed, making disease prevention and treatment difficult.

We’re here to empower men to take charge of their physical and mental health. We’re at the point where men’s health problems and early mortality have been accepted as a fact of life, but it doesn’t have to be this way.

Browse resources below to get started. Join us at one of our symposium events for free educational sessions led by experienced medical professionals. This is a great opportunity to have your questions answered and access free resources to enhance your health.

Preventative Care

90% of women have an attending physician, while only 62% of men have one. Additionally, women are 100% more likely to attend annual check-ups, detecting health issues earlier.

Know Your Numbers

Go from clueless to confident. Avoid being blindsided by serious issues. The fact is, what you don’t know can hurt you. Take control of your health by knowing your numbers.

Mental Health

Men are 4 times more likely to die by suicide, accounting for 80% of suicides. Often caused by undiagnosed depression. Recent studies indicate that men are experiencing higher levels of loneliness and social isolation.
